Q. I want to change my login email address.
A. Please note that any of the email addresses associated with your account and you used as login. You can not add or edit your email addresses. If you are having trouble accessing an existing account on the site, do not create another account, as this is a violation of our Terms of Use and may delay resolution of the issue, please contact us.

Q. I have two accounts. Is it possible to merge them?
A. IDscan.mobi does not allow you to merge accounts. You need to download your data collection content and merge it manually. Unfortunately, you cannot merge the data collection view online.
